Housing Support

Finding accommodation for people with support needs comes with many challenges, which is why we have an experienced development team who work closely with local housing providers and landlords.


We believe all of our service users have the right to say where they live and who they would like to live with.

We complete a full housing assessment.


From the Information we gather from OT`S, Care Managers, Advocate’s or next of kin we compile a housing specification that helps us and housing providers/Landlords to locate properties that match the individual’s criteria.


Taking into account what the rent budget is for the person, Mobility issues , What location is desired. Does it need to be close to local amenities and public transport links 



When viewing potential properties we involve (whenever suitable) the service user, Family members, Care managers, Advocates. We see, service user involvement in choosing their own property as a key to the success of the package.  A change in a person`s environment can have a huge impact on their development either through living in a single person occupancy or shared accommodation with like minded people.


All of our service users have a fixed tenancy agreement in place
